Past event
Many companies already measure water risk, but still struggle to translate that diagnosis into concrete operational decisions: how to plan production, prioritize investments, manage suppliers, define continuity plans, or adjust operational standards when water becomes a real constraint (due to scarcity, regulation, quality, extreme events, or social pressure).
In this session, Sigma and Waterplan share a practical approach to giving water risk real weight in day-to-day operations: from identifying where risk impacts the business, to turning it into decision rules, thresholds (“triggers”), playbooks, and governance that enable consistent and measurable action. We will cover the entire journey: the context and needs that prompt the work, how risk is integrated into existing processes, and key learnings for scaling to multiple operations and geographies.
